Favorited buildings appear in purple on the map and always stay visible even when a month filter is active

Devices with no Category or PVI test filed yet this calendar year. Both tests still need to be completed, and they must be 91 days apart. The countdown is days left to finish both before December 31 — start the first test in time to leave 91 days for the second. Show on MAP can be clicked again to restore the previous map view. Copy on a building copies that building's devices; Copy All Devices copies every remaining device across all buildings, with building name and BIN. Disregard hides only that device from this list and the map highlight for the current year; other devices at the same building stay visible. You can add a note and undo it later.

Buildings with no PVI or Category test performed yet this calendar year. Starting June 1, these markers turn deep red on the map. List is sorted with no scheduled date first, then buildings that already have a test date attached. Jobs on hold are labeled and listed after active jobs in each group. Show on MAP can be clicked again to restore the previous map view. Copy All Devices copies each device with its building name and BIN. Disregard hides a building from this list and the deep-red map highlight for the current year; you can add a note and undo it later.

Copy rows from your Excel schedule sheet and paste them here to bulk-add test dates. Addresses are matched to buildings already on the map.

Paste or import device numbers, then scan them against this map file. A window lists the devices that are missing so you can add them, or mark them N/A when they are in the building but not your responsibility. N/A devices are saved in the file and shown on the map with a different label. They are not counted as your devices. Use Save to write them into the JSON file.

Custom locations appear as teal markers on the map. Right-click the map to drop a pin at that exact spot. Use the Houses and Transportation sections to manage tagged pins. Click ✓ on a pin to mark it completed — choose Category, PVI, or both. House and transportation pins do not show that completed button or the Completed / Not Completed status. Click "Move to Buildings" to fetch full device data and convert to a main building marker.

Custom labels for additional locations (not marked as houses — those are listed under Houses below). Click a marker on the map and use the 🏷️ Custom Name field to label it.

Pins you marked as a house use the brown marker color below on the map. Unmark keeps the pin under Additional Locations; Remove deletes the pin entirely.

Pins you marked as transportation use a blue train icon on the map. Unmark keeps the pin under Additional Locations; Remove deletes the pin entirely.

Buildings manually marked as completed. The completed date replaces the scheduled date for that test, and you can enter more than one completed date per test.

Buildings marked completed that still have devices without the marked test filed for this calendar year. This is separate from the REVIEW month label. PVI-only completions are checked for missing PVI. Category-only completions are checked for missing CAT 1 or a CAT 5 that is due. Full completions, and older completions with no test type, are checked for any required test still open. Click an address to view the building on the map. Show on MAP filters to these buildings and can be clicked again to restore the previous map view.

• Missing Devices scans an imported list against this map file, then lets you choose which missing devices to add. Mark N/A for devices that are in the building but not your responsibility. Those stay on the map and in the file, labeled N/A, and are left out of device counts, tests, and violations.
• Custom location pins have a ✓ completed button, matching building markers. Choose Category, PVI, or both when marking complete. House and transportation pins do not show the completed button or Completed / Not Completed status
